About Clearing Center
KASE Clearing Center JSC – a subsidiary of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (KASE), is a 100% subsidiary of KASE.
KASE Clearing Center plans to perform clearing, settlements and functions of the central counterparty on KASE markets.
The central counterparty (CCP) is an infrastructure organization of the financial market that assumes the risk of default by market participants, the central counterparty becomes a seller for each buyer and a buyer for each seller on their transactions on the market.
KASE Clearing Center was registered on June 21, 2022.
